I am flabbergasted by the fact that a company of your calibre can now change from a reputable security services provider to a defrauding organization. I have expressed my shock of being defrauded by your Recruiting consultant since July 2013 and still today got no satisfactory resolution of my complaint. I am holding a copy of Contract that I signed with your Consultant, which he noted that as part of your Promotion at the time, I qualify for 2 months free connection, however connection was done mid July 2013 and payments taken at the end of July 2013. Chubb further inserted cancellation figures on the Contract without disclosing them to me, which to me appears as a Dishonest act which I am intending to bring to the attention of National Consumer Tribunal as I am of the view that it is a act. Other consumers also need to be aware of such behavior by this organization. After one of their Consultant, Tony Verwey visited my house to do some tests of the alarm, I have now been advised that they are going to charge me more than the disclosed monthly payment of R359.00 because I had more than 5 alarm panics, something that was never communicated to me when they recruited me.
