Cant cancel or get refund on cancelled service

In August 2012 i cancelled our one account with ADT as we sold property. I sent through numerous emails and received conformation of emails received. They kept on putting debit orders through. I even stopped the payment only for them to put it through again. I have spoken to them and sent faxes as they were going to sort it out. have sent messages through Facebook and NOTHING. We have another account with them and i will be cancelling that account to (if possible) as they just don't cancel the account and keep on deducting money. I am going to take legal action as they are taking money from me. Its totally ridiculous!!!
