Immediate tracker cancellation

I would like my tracker cancelled.my car was written off last week.callcentre told me to pay the remaining 25 months hence they didnt have accident cover n I refuse to pay that.i did not just take my car to an accident n they need to have accident covers for such cases n be symphsthetic rather than being told about money as if I did this on purpose.i was being civil by calling them.i cud just block their debit order
All I want is to cancel the tracker since the company wont be tracking nuthing.

The sooner its cancelled the better
