Tracker: reckless lending & uauthorised billing

Tracker has been deducting some thousand rand fom my account even when I have cancelled the debit order my account no. is 1519790.I also think they are conducting reckless lending to customers because they dont even let them know that they are signing a three year contract & as we speak I had a car accident last year August and the car was a write off but tracker continuened deducting money from my account even though the car was no longer in existence. I am still paying the premiums to date & because I signed the contract that I didnt even knew was 3 year binding I am struggling to cancel this account.
I want Tracker to cancel this existing account & even if I can forfeit the money I have already paid then let it be it because I am tired of arguing with the clueless agents who know nothing about contracts. I think misleading clients is very reckless, and clearly you dont leave up to your company values. I want tracker to cancel all the existing accounts I have with them as doing business with them has become impossible. They will send you an sms when the debit order returned only otherwise they dissapear like you have never haeard of them.
