Refusal to do an account reconciliation

I have received a number of incorrect statements from Chubb over the past 8 months since we cancelled our service with them. So I went to the trouble of manually doing a full reconciliation from 2005 to prove to them that I don't owe them any money. I have sent them the reconciliation around 9 or 10 times, each time they promise me that they will check it against their records and they don't (inbetween begging me to become a customer again, you have GOT to be joking). I am now being threatened with being blacklisted by them, rather than doing their job of CHECKING THE ACCOUNT after I have already done all the work for them.

PLEASE DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH CHUBB THEY ARE COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND INCOMPETENT!

Chubb, you can take me to court over this paltry amount, but I won't take it lying down. Don't bother promising me you will contact me like my last complaint here, you didn't so you are wasting your breath.
