After proving that the salesman has breached our contract with non disclosure I still get billed??? Also after proving that we requested to meet with management due to unsatisfactory service we still get billed? on the basis of both of these points management can use their discretion and not bill me but they will not! After I explained the situation ADT refuse to understand both points above!
