Pathetic service from ADT and Sales rep

Good day

i have purchased an ADT alarm system in November 2013. I have made full payment of R 26562.00. At that point in time I discussed with Chris that I will not install a digi-pad as we are still busy with boundary wall renovation, hence i requested a pedestrian lock so that their security guy can have access to my yard in case of an emergency. In December my alarm went off a few times and when ADT security came to inspect the property, the guy stood out the gate and did not come in to see what activated the alarm. This makes it still unsafe for my family as someone could be hiding in the back yard and we are still at risk. I have advised Chris about this on several occasions and he promised to get this sorted. I have left numerous voice mails for Chris and still no response. It came to my attention that liberty life policy holders get a rebate on the alarm system, I then contacted customer care and there again I was promised to be contacted and up to this day neither Chris nor ADT customer care assisted. I am highly disappointed as I expected ADT to be a more reliable and efficient company. I have an expecting wife and NO peace of mind for the safety of my family with ADT!!!
