Trellis Company damages property

I had Trellis security frames fitted to my house. The Technician that installed the Frames broke my Granite top. The cupboard under the granite also broke. Now they claim that the damage was not done as a result of the granite top collapsing on the cupboard.

This is their reply.

Ons kan egter nie verder verantwoordlikheid neem vir die skade nie. Aangesien hierdie skade nie op die
oorspronklike klagte en kwotasies wat ons gestuur is genoem is nie.

U is welkom om hom te skakel indien u die aangeleentheid met hom wil bespreek.
