I e-mailed ADT on the 30 July 2013 to cancel my service, as I have sold my house. I received a ticket no. (Ticket: E8D23F851B27C Re: Cancellation). I received NO feedback or confirmation.
I sent a 2nd E-mail on the 5th Aug, but still no response. I then called on the 19th Aug and was told that someone from cancellations will call me. I have subsequently moved and have switched off my electricity. I have not been contacted
I want my service discontinued with immediate effect, and my debit order cancelled. Once again here is a company that does not care, as long as I am paying by debit order I am tied in.
