Cancellation of Service

Good day

A telesales lady called me after I had installed the device and asked me about the service. I told her that I no longer wanted the service and that it must be terminated.

I stopped the debit order as I did not want the service anymore. I now get letters saying that my account will be taken in to credit and to the attorneys.

I called the Service provider 2 days ago and then learnt that I had entered into a contract of 36 months that I was not aware about. I did not sign any documents to this effect and I would not have agreed to a 36 months contract. I do not even have a copy of that contract.

I am still waiting for a call back from the service provider regarding my query. I do not want the service and I do not need it!
