Tracker Connect
Contract cancelled 4 months ago but still paying

I cancelled my tracker more than 4 months back when I moved my insurance across to a new service provider and called the call center to cancel my contract to which I was told it would be done.

Every month, I am still being debited on my account and cannot get anyone to explain why.

I need an urgent resolution on this matter please.
