Very bad service for last six months

I have been calling Ctrack West rand branch, George Branch and their head office. My unit was install in to vehicle around Feb 2013 but since it's install it never work. I have asking Ctrack to get de-install or repair but they never call me to make arrangements. I spoke to West rand manager (Cedric) who promise to get it sorted but till today no one have called me back. I have sent Cedrick couple of e-mails where I have CC few other department. I have two vehicles that have Ctrack unit inn. Last week I when to consumer act because is just big lie. I have all th e-mails as proof. Cecil that is in account department called me once due to account and I also explain the problem to her.
