ADT - NOT A NAME HELD HIGH

Pathetic to know that a name such as ADT cannot on its promise of "protection". Two incidents where i've had emergencies at my home, the first incident ADT never showed up, the second incident was this weekend and ADT didnt show up until after an hour he didnt ask us not a question didnt ask if we were alright didnt apologies for showing up an hour later and was at my home for under 2min, the security peronnel just couldnt have cared less. Today when i call to cancel this worthless service with ADT, i get no apologies but i am told that the balance of the contract needs to be paid as the contract expires in 2015.
