I took out a cellphone contract at Game cresta. The agent failed to mention that I have to pay and extra charge for CLI (call line identity) which i was not prepared to pay as the contract was expensive. The agent then appologised over the phone as he didnt explain the contract as it was the christmas period and things was a rush, and told me to bring the phones in and he will do a cancellation. I went to the store at 12:00pm on the 9/01/13 to return the goods, and they made me wait a full hour and 15min to re-emburse me. they finally paid me the sim connection fee and didnt give me any papers saying I returned the goods. Tebogo explained he would give me confirmation as soon as the cancellation is done, which will take 48hrs. i called Vodacom today and the contract is still not cancelled. I called the store today and they just put you on hold and no service. WHAT IS GOING ON!!! because of your mishaps I am stuck without a phone which i returned to your store and cannot take out another contract because Game didnt cancel my existing one
