STAY AWAY FROM CASH CONVERTERS ABSOLUTE CHEATERS!!

I bought a second hand laptop from cash converters during easter saturday. The salesman put it on for me and everything seemed okay .i took it home and it didnt want to go on. I couldnt return on mondays cos it was a holiday. I returned it on the 6th, i was told that i couldnt get a refund the technician will take a look @ it on that monday. I didnt hear a thing from them so i called them on wednesday i was told that the technician will take it friday .and they will call me on wednesday to tell me what the problem was . my mother called them the following wednesday to find out what was happening, she was told that i couldnt get a refund because theres liquid damage. I then proceeded to go to them personally 20th and all i got was a photo from the manager showing me the supposed part which was damaged by water. They had this laptop by them for a week before it was taken to the technician how do i know that one of them didnt throw water on it? the upposed technician isnt even qualified he didnt even give me a report. Mind you its still under gurantee yet they refuse to replace it or even give me a refund. PLEASE DONT EVER EVER IN YOUR LIFE BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.
