I bought a tablet in September 2013 and since then Cell C has been
billing me for it and i have paid for the tablet. But since then the tablet
has not been working. First their technical department could not fix it and
then i told them what i thought the problem was. I informed them that I
think they send me the wrong sim card, they didnt send the micro simcard.
They promise to send it and two weeks went pass they didnt deliver. I called
and the customer service personnel didnt indicated that the first person didnt
log it on the system. They then told me theirs no stock and that they will deliver it
then. At that stage i had to leave the country and couldnt wait for stock. I returned and
followed up the personnel was very rude and they didnt know what they were doing
sending me up and down. Eventually some girl informed me it will be deliverd within
three days; it been four weeks and it is 2014. They dont forget to bill but the deliver the
poorest service and they havent even delivered the simcard.
I would like to cancel the contract and be credited back. I cant pay for something that not working.
I tried to be patient but this is un exceptable.
