I stood in the parking lot for 50 minutes as somebody within Makro Security office did Zero to call the police. I eventually got hold of 10111 myself who then sent out a police cruiser. 10111 had nothing logged on their system about the incident. Makro ZEROcurity then let me know after enquiring that " we couldnt get through to the police " and apparently decided to leave it at that. Giving the Green Avanza and my small family buss Hyundai bakkie with tsotsis in it, 1 hour getaway period. A lowly paid Fidelity Security gaurd, with my high esteem, was the only person who seemed to show any ettiquette and basic protocol.. he hung around, took my details..and eventually... after I was left to my own devices by Makro Did he extend his hand and say..." sir, i am really sorry for what happened to you here..and on behalf of Makro please accept my apologies " .. a big gesture from the little guy to the belittled guy.
