5 Phone calls and still waiting for Invoice #2

I flew to CT 2 weeks ago and decided to pre-book 2 extra bags online before flying.
The amount went off my account but did not show on my ticket or did it allow me to print an invoice. After 15 min trying to explain to the check in counter that this was paid for they managed to find it on the system and allow me to check in. I have phoned 4 times now to receive an invoice and get a different excuse every time. Twice BA have promised to call me back as the invoice dept opens, the one call i was told to e-mail the invoice dept my self. this after 3 phone calls. Still no contact from them and im highly irritated.
This is the second Hello Peter Complaint, all i received was a response from David that a consultant will get back to me. Nothing!
