What is going on! after 1 statement recieved in january 2013 i got a pre legal letter. If i dont know from a invoice i have to pay how can i pay it??? and today i phone for a invoice and they can not supply a invoice??? How can they after nearly a year april 2012 on the statement only send me a statement now?
