Can someone please get back to me!!

Good day,

On 02//08/2013 I sent through a request that I please be sent through confirmation of tracker installation so i can send it to my insurance provider.

I attached read receipts to this mail which three people returned to me, being Rajesh Govender, Lerato Meoketsi and Gugu Zulu.

What i fail to understand is how almost two weeks later no one has bothered to get back to me.

This is a matter of urgency as i need to prove that the car as a tracker installed to my insurance provider. I find this to be unacceptable service.

Please assist.
