Terrible Service

We joined ADT and Monja from their offices came to see us. She informed us that the radio installation and the first two months are free. When a debit order came off my account end of May 2013 I phoned to query it. No one was available to take my call but I was assured someone will phone back. No one did and I had to keep phoning to try and resolve this. I have still not received a call back as promised every time I called. Today when I phoned the lady asked me to hold on after explaining why I called, but after 20 minutes of holding I decided to end the call. I want someone to give me a call in order to cancel this contract. I dont see why I have to keep my part of the contract but they don't...
