Bad Attitude and Incompetent

On the 26th September 2013, I moved house from Sunridge Park Port Elizabeth to Vanes Estate in Uitenhage. I had Atlas security at my previous residence and found them to be very good. The previous owner at my new residence had ADT Security. I decided that I want to continue with Atlas and informed AST accordingly. Long story short, Atlas installed their radio link and removed the one from ADT, who came and fetched their radio. I was later informed by the previous owner that ADT is in possession of a key to my small gate entrance, which is electronically controlled under normal circumstances. I phoned the ADT control room in Port Elizabeth and spoke to a guy called Jargin in order to ask him about the key. As I started to explain that I switched companies, he put the phone down. I phoned the control room again and spoke to another lady who then put me through to another department. Unfortunately, I did not take her name, and she promised to investigate and to come back to me. I told her about Jagin's attitude and the fact that he put the phone down and asked her for him to call me. I am still waiting. I feel that it childish and not good business practice to put the phone down.
