Breach of promise

I bought a car at Car giant beginning of this month. Before buying I went to view it and noticed the following: The battery was flat, windscreen cracked, a hole next to the left hand fog light, radio not working. I told the Consultant (Wayne) that I like the car and can only buy if those mentioned above were fixed, he agreed. On the 14th of August 2013 I went there with my husband to collect the car only to find that the radio and the hole were not fixed, and the permit was temporarily. Wayne promised to fix the hole (he ordered the part already), either fix the radio or buy the new one and get the permit in the next week. I called him last week twice and yesterday for feedback and he gave me no answer. Today I called and he told me that I will get the permit tomorrow and he is still waiting for the part to fix the hole, but his Manager is refusing to fix or buy a new Radio because it was not part of the deal, and there is nothing he can do. Wayne promised me the Radio without consulting with his Manager. He gave me false information so that he get a sale and commision. There is no way that I could have bought the car if I knew the radio was never part of the deal.
