Keep billing me ten months after requested cancel

I am being called at 4 in the morning - literally, to 22:30 at night for payment on a unit in a car I don't own. This is beyond ridiculous. I requested a cancellation in October 2012 which NetstarMidrand are in receipt of.
I was asked for a further R1000 which over some months I continued to EFT beyond that amount. When I stopped the payment, I keep on being called by the most uneducated bafoons that have no command of the English language and have less than zero customer relation skills either.
Can somebody with the title allowing them to think for themselves please call me otherwise I'm taking this matter further. Do you realize there are 15 pages plus of complaints against your company on this site alone? Doesnt that speak for itself??? Dispicable to say the least. Joanne
