No reply from ADT after a mistake from their side

I am currently abroad and my bank informed me that my payment to ADT has been returned. I contacted my bank and they informed me that there is nothing wrong from my side. ADT had changed some banking details and hence the return of the payment. It was noticed that this happened the previous month too.

At no stage has ADT informed me that they are changing anything. I have also been struggling to get invoices from them. The billing system is intermittent. Some months I get a invoice, other months nothing.

I have contacted the local ADT office in Hermanus, but no help at all. Ever since my 2 year agreement expired in February, ADT also neglected to inform me about that.

After contacting them via their website (they claim they reply within 24), I still have heard nothing after 3 days.

Genuine pathetic service from a useless company. Even their armed response is totally useless. Imagine the lawsuit ADT will face from me and my insurance co. if my house should be broken in to, if they suspended my service due to an error on their side.

I am abroad most of the time and rely on email for communication. I get useless marketing emails from them, but other than that, nothing else
