My name is Amanda. I have been with tracker since 2011. I have now sold my car (which is tracker fitted) and have now purchased a new car. Last wednesday (28th Aug) I called into tracker to inform them of the change and if would they be able to re-install another device in the new car. The call-centre agent assured me it will be done and they would contact the dealership to get details of the new car. I now have the New car in my possesion and nothing heard from tracker. I then called again, o follow up, and was told there is no record of that arrangement and I will pay TRIPPLE the amount I was told of to do the re-installation... What kind of service are these people running. I already pay a monthly fee for the service, I was willing to pay the R375 for installation and now its gone up to R1195... Very dissapointed and will surely move my business elsewhere...
