I'M STILL WAITING

Nearly two weeks ago I again went through the effort of calling and resorting to Hellopeter to get some kind of follow up --> Kindly let me know what is going on...

I submitted my complaint on Hello Peter in June 2013 after battling for 4 months to cancel my contract and having waited for 3 months already for my refund.
I am disgusted to report that I have had one phone call where I was promised (yet again) that I would get feedback and to date nothing has transpired. What kind of an organisation is this?
I demand to know what the heck is going on.
