HORRIBLE Billing Department

We signed a month to month contract with the private security company CSS Tactical when we moved to Strand at the beginning of 2012. Our contract stated that should we need to cancel their services, a two month notice is required. When we learnt in October 2012 that we were moving I notified CSS that I wish to cancel our contract. Ian Bruwer from their Stellenboch branch later acknowledged that he received this email and that deductions from my bank account should ceased after the second month (end of November). Since then three additional debit orders went down from my account and despite NUMEROUS calls to both their head offices in Sandton and to Bruwer himself delivered absolutely no positive outcome. Their services are horrible and they aren't at all helpful regarding this problem. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
