Y Tracker and BLACKLISTED for their MESS

I wrote a complaint two months ago about tracker blacklisting me for the closed account, after all the communications they still failed dismally to address the issue, 1. When the account was opened by my husband TRACKER simply refused to put his name as the responsible person for the account on the grounds that the car was under MY name, when he added the 2nd car of which was in his name tracker didn't have a problem with adding it on my account, with no confirmation or verification from me *the account holder* 2. The account was closed in Dec 2012 by my husband, my car that he couldn't be responsibly for has been removed from Tracker and his car remain now CONVENIENTLY for tracker I'M STILL responsible for his car which is very contradicting from their initial statement how can I be responsible for his car payments when they refused him to be responsible for my car... I will keep writing COMPLAINTS on this site, Facebook, twitter until my name is off the transunion or till people know what kind of Tracker is running, I REFUSE TO BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CAR I DON'T OWN...
