I bought & and collected my vehicle on 14/06/2013 from a dealer in Boksburg and the beame was already fitted on my vehicle. It's been a month already that i have the car but no one have even bothered to call me to tell me how the device works, how to get hold of them or what to do in case of an emergency. I don't even know if it's activated or not. This is apathetic service, if no one is interested in informing me how this thing work they must just refund my money and cancel the subscription.
