APPALLING SERVICE AND THEN DOESN'T RETURN CALL

On July 7th, my family arrived home and set off the house alarm by mistake. It took 45 mins for someone to call and verify if we were being killed or not. The call centre assistant, Natasha Naidoo proceeded to tell me she tried my landline (which I don't happen to have). She never actually asked for my security code by the way. She then tells me that they did an external check because my gates were locked. This is the outrageous part since I live in a gated estate and don't actually have any gates! Then she passes the buck and says that ADT DOESN'T ACTUALLY PATROL MY AREA and instead sends a 3rd party out, and this is what they had told her. They conveniently fail to mention this when you sign up with them. I called to speak to my area manager 2 days ago. I am still waiting for Yogen (spelling?) to call me back. I have just realised I have been paying premiums for absolutely nothing. I will get my money back for those months and will not pay this company another cent. These are the dishonest people we rely on in an emergency. Shocked and appalled to say the least.
