G4S guarding division. Terrible service

G4S has been doing our factory security guarding. The guards were late at least once a week. The guards were found sleeping, or not even on the premises many times. After shouting matches over the phone during which i demanded to see a manager, a junior guy arrived, two days late for the appointment, wanting to make another appointment. I still accepted and when the manager pitched, he made a lot of promises, of which none was kept.
This is no doubt the worst guarding company out there.
