ADT 's dusgusting service

My alarm went off on Saturday and I received a call to let me know, which I told them they should send through a patrol car. 15 min later my alarm went off again, and i received another call. I was rather shocked and when I asked about the previous officer that went to check on my house, I was told that he came back because he did not have access, which is shocking as i gave them my access password, and there is a small gate that you dont even need access for you can just walk in, even jumping the wall is also an option or going to the main gate to get access from security. Instead they turn around without making the effort. So in other words people can steel from my house as they know that ADT wont do anything about it. I dont even see the point in me having a security service. I am really disgusted. Was told that the area manger will give me a call on Saturday and till today i have not been contacted.
