Beware of Cycle Traders and Avron Sirin

I bought a Cervelo road bicycle from Cycle Traders at the beginning of June 2013. The bicycle had dura ace components except for the rear derailleur which was an ultegra component. The owner of Cycle Traders, Avron Sirin, undertook and/or promised that if I bought the bicycle, he would replace the ultegra derailleur with a dura ace derailleur so that the bicycle would have full dura ace components. It is now over 2 months since I bought the bicycle and he hasn't replaced same. He makes excuses upon excuses every time I speak to him. He has reneged on his undertaking and is not principled in conducting business. Furthermore, he is extremely rude and offish every time I call him or go to his business. I will NEVER EVER do business with Avron Sirin and Cycle Traders again and will NOT recommend anybody to do business with them.

There are reputable bicycle shops out there... unfortunately Cycle Traders run by Avron Sirin is not one of them.
