Alarm and surveilance equipment badly installed

Mr Danie Kok of GT Industrial Contractors gave us a quote for "pet friendly" alarm system including CCTV kamers with recording for R18885 and requested 65% deposit. We paid the deposit and he made appointment for installation on a Saturday. He finished on the Monday evening. He told us it was working fine and left. We started testing the motion detectors outside but as soon as we activated the alarm, it kept on screaming. We phoned Danie because he only left 1 remote. He came back to give the second remote, so we told him about the problem. He insisted that my husband had to tune the motion detectors for sensitivity himself as he was in a hurry. We do not know anything about it so it was left until he could come back a week later. As the installation was done, we paid the rest except for 10%. He never showed up and answered his phone rarely. At last he made another appointment for 2 weeks later (a Saturday). He never showed up and also never answered his phone again. After 6 weeks the alarm is still not working. I can't get someone else, they informed me that the equipment was cheap and not user friendly. They can not work on it. So we paid R16563 for nothing.
