Breach of Contract

Good Day,

I have phone several times, I have laid complaints several times nobody respond or care to even give feed back.

The alarm system is still not working and on the weekend some house robberies near our street were reported. What's the use of having a alarm system that's useless and one can not feel safe.

Someone has phoned me and said that they would come and fix it some 2 and a half months ago still nothing.

This is a breach of contract yet they deducted money from my account every month sometimes they double debit. I am really tired of these guys. I feel that they must come a remove their alarm system
