What happened to good customer service?

I had ADT come out and give me a quote - two weeks ago. I decided to go ahead with using them as they come highly recommended in our area (over and above CMS).

I signed our contract with them on Tuesday 28.05.13, did payment same day and what do you know, STILL NO INSTALLATION!!!

No-one can give me an answer as to when the technicians will be able to install my alarm!

The sales lady also doesnt bother to respond to my calls or sms's!

What scares me the most is one day I might need ADT and if this is the service I received just trying to install an alarm system I'd hate to know what might happen when I'm in danger!!!
