Adt is a rip off quoted system no fitted

We where approached by a adt sales team, after due consideration we called them back for a quote, we where quoted R499 for installation and R401 a month for the armed response services and R201 annually for the radio license, to be included in the package was 2 motion sensors, door contact sensos, window contacxt sensors, board, key panel, siren and 2 remotes, of which we only received 1 contact sensor on door, 2 motion sensors, key panel and board siren, this is day light, as i feel we are being over charged for an inferior product and also not given the items promised.
