I visited the Telkom office on 14 September to query why my wireless line was not working (new application). I was assisted by Theo who checked my account to see why the line was not working and provided advice on what I could do on my end to ensure that i am registered on the network. To my surprise, Theo called me today to find out if the line was working. I am totally impressed by Theo's service. He actually went the extra mile to find out if the problem was resolved. I really did not expect him to follow up on the matter. i wish all Telkom employees follow in his footsteps! Thank you for the awesome service Theo!
