Not keeping to appointments made to Client

Dennis Munnik did the installation, he is a third party and he does not work directly for Chubb. He did the installation, and he said that the sensors are pet sensitive. This is not the case, his workers came out and replaced the one sensor and damage my wall pulling the paint and plaster from the wall. I can not activate my alarm because each time my cats jump on the bed the alarm goes off. I made several appointments and he did not keep to them. I phoned several times and sent several text messages but still no luck. I need this resolved a.s.a.p. other wise i will take further action.
