I had a Chubb alarm system installed and less than 6 months later the sensors on the doors fell off, I have been calling Chubb since November of 2012 to complain that the sensors on my doors have come off and at this stage the alarm cannot function at its maximum capacity. No one has assisted me and at this stage don't know what more i need to do. i have called Chubb on 0861101911 which is the Bedford branch and i get transferred from one person to the next and from there i get given a cellphone number for a technician who is suppose to assist me under warranty but this technician has never pitched.
PLEASE HELP!!!
