Technician not honoring appointments

It is the 3rd time that we've booked a technician and that he is not honoring the appointment. You make special arrangements at work to be home for these "no shows" appointments. Since we've started our contract with chubb we've just received very bad service! Our alarm isn't working for weeks now!!!
