WORST SERVICE EVER

Chubb service for 1 year with numerous problems. Since May alarm went off numerous times without Chubb enquiring if I am safe and finally called technician Dennis Munnik on 19 June with no reply. Contact customer care in Cape Town on 10 July and promised that they will look into the matter. Still no service from Chubb. I called PTA office and was given the Regional Manager's (Dennis Watton) contact details whereby I sent an email to him and Tot-U-Diens. He responded immediately. The radio transmitter was replaced by dual radio transmitter on 6 August yet did not solve the problem - alarm still went off with no response. Dennis Munnik installed another radio transmitter and confirmed faulty problem and that he will motivate a credit for the time I did not have service. They now alleged it was only faulty for one month (27 May to 27 June), however I have proof that I was without security for 4 months. House since sold and Chubb contract taken over by new owner. I get penalised for 3 months due to cancellation??? Account now R1700. No credit no response!!!
