RSS service failure over and over again

Never make use of RSS security services! Their service is absolutely ridiculous! After being a client for over 5 years and purchasing two alarm systems from them, they fail in service in all they do! From scheduling of a technician to come out, only to have them do a no-show twice, to having them have to come and repair an alarm system - leaving my family unprotected for over 2 months - with them knowing that the product they installed was defective & needed to replace it, to them trying to buy your assurances, by giving 3 "free" months of armed response for their lack of delivery, only to be billed for the armed response in month 2 for it - What is free about that!? And I'm STILL awaiting the refund! Then they also willy nilly amend your banking details without your consent! What a bunch of incompetent clowns! To think that my life was in their hands - for this kind of service??! Epic fail in service delivery of utter proportion!
