I have contacted ADT more times than I can remember for 1 query. I have sent in a termination of service agreement, the agreement is ambiguous to be honest, and have an automatic response. Yet, after several calls, no-one can get back to me to tell me when my service will expire, when the service agreement fixed term is over, or where it is indicated in my contract, I have issued my termination in terms of the notification as set out in the agreement "fine print" and still have no idea when this will be effective or when my last debit will be since no-one at ADT seems to know and if anyone does know, they just wont get back to me. I would like to make sure that I will be covered by a competent company and the very very least that ADT can do is ANSWER a very very simple question or acknowledge receipt of my intention. NO nuclear physics involved. After so many calls that is just shocking. very poor service and exactly why I don't want ADT as my service provider. Its not a lot of money, but the principle. How can I expect you to assist in an emergency when you cant assist in a month? bizarre. I am going to the bank to stop your debits. Maybe that will stop your service automatically
