Altech Netstar
Account cancelled 8 months ago but you take money

This morning I saw that Altech Netstar took a debit order from my husbands account, what for?? the contract had being cancelled 8 Months ago, who gave you permission to just start taking debit orders again, we owe you nothing, and this is not acceptable... Please reverse the payment, you have NO reason what so ever to just take money from peoples accounts as you feel. I would also like a valid explanation on the reason for taking the money, is it just?
