Double charging 2 clients for same service/propert

Cannot get response from ADT to refund me as they charge myself and another client for exactly the same service to one property. Appart from e-mails and previous calls since March 2013 nobody takes ownership to solve the problem. You are not permitted to speak to senior managers as you are just not switched through.
I have of late spoken to: Audrey Combrink 27 May re incorrect billing.

1 Jul @12h00. Left call-back but no response on this feature, ADT my just as well remove this feature.
Call centre just keeps cutting you off and then nobody gets back to you.
