Edwin is an asset to Mozzie Cabs

I've been using Mozzie cabs for years, and on a rather frequent basis. I've never had any bad service from the company in general. Drivers are usually friendly and the call center staff are efficient, save for a few incorrect bookings every now and then, but never anything of major consequence.

Today, however, I had exceptional service! I had called a cab to fetch me from Ushaka Marine and when the cab arrived I was still making my way to the pick up zone. Edwin (the driver) gave me a call and told me that the security guards we giving him a hard time as he was not allowed to wait at the drop off zone. He was extremely patient and understanding with me, even though when I arrived the security was on his case.
I was expecting that he would be upset about the whole situation, but the manner he handled, not only me, but the shouting security was unbelievable!

He was calm and the 15 minute trip home was quite an experience. His attitude, his demeanor, his efficiency and his personality in general are quite a marvel. He is an asset to the company and I would not have forgiven myself if I did not bring this to your attention!
