Cancelled subscription but payment went off

Cancelled my subscription end of June 2013 but 9th of July a payment went off. I want a refund! Sent a mail on the 9th of July requesting refund! When I subscribed on April 28th 2013 a payment went off, and the next week a next payment went off, which was suppose to happen end of May 2013. Requested a refund and they refunded.
