I received an account for an sms airtime subscription of R36 and a further MTN airtime subscription fee of R36 dated 7 June 2013. I have been to Edgars Westgate 4 times since then to query this cell phone charge for which i gave no authorisation. I reported this charge on 28 June, and 2 July and on both occasions the customer service was contacted. When I tried to contact RMCS 0860332244 on 4July I was rudely cut off by the man who answered. Finally i saw the Manager, Mr Zulu on 23 July having received an account for another R36 airtime subscription fee. He asked someone else to phone and she was told that the fee would not be removed until November and that I would be contacted in 48 hours. I am still waiting for this amount, which will be more than R250 by November, to be cancelled. I would be so grateful if you could get them to reverse this account.
